What we collect
When you send an inquiry: your name, country, WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, venue type, venue size, and your message. When you browse: a single analytics cookie, and only after you accept it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quotation. Analytics tells us which pages are useful to visitors. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold.
Who processes it
Form delivery: Web3Forms. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with consent mode. Hosting: Cloudflare. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data follows Google's retention setting.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, request a correction, or request deletion by writing to sales@glowvenues.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days. This applies under the GDPR and the equivalent data protection law of your country.
Cookies
The site sets no cookie until you accept the analytics cookie. Declining leaves the site fully usable: you can browse, open WhatsApp, and submit the form. Your choice is stored in your own browser and can be changed at any time using the button below.
This clears your stored choice and asks again.
