Before you request a quotation
Do you supply individual modules or only complete projects?
Both. Many clients begin with a single feature wall or a reception sign and expand from there once they see the effect.
What voltage and control system do the modules use?
Low-voltage DC with one controller per zone. RGB modules can display any color and store preset scenes. A wiring plan is supplied with the design.
Can the modules be customized?
Modules and ceiling feature lights are standard products; their sizes and shapes are fixed. Your logo, text, or artwork can be printed on them. Entrance frames, column wraps, arches, and linear runs are built to the dimensions of your venue.
How long does an order take?
Production is completed 2–3 weeks after payment. An initial 2D lighting plan is delivered within 3 working days of receiving your floor plan, and 3D renderings within 7 working days.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, by sea or air, from our factory in China. Export packaging and shipping documents are handled on your behalf.
